The cost initially seems exorbitant - especially as there are alternatives such as KNIME & Rapid Miner. Now busy with further business case projects in other parts of the business. What is great is that it is process flow based and no extensive coding experience is required. Ease of deployment in 'non-analytics' environment was a big enabler. Willingness to understand business problem assisted greatly in successful deployment.
